  1. In Entrepeneur and fitness youtuber, Brian Turner’s podcast, “Beyond the Podcast,” he shares inspiring and motivating insight on some pretty creative topics. In Episode 1025 in particular, Brian talks about the benefits of being your truest self. This is a must-listen podcast for any of the chronic people pleasers (like me) out there.
  2. In Gretchen Rubin’s mini podcast episode, A Little Happier with Gretchen Rubin: Accept Yourself & Also Expect More From Yourself,” she talks about the importance of pushing yourself. While it’s important to be comfortable, it’s also important to challenge yourself- it’s how you grow. This podcast is less than 3 minutes, so expect more from yourself and go give it a listen right now. 
  3. In the NPR podcast, Invisibilia (episode: “Fearless“), Alix Spiegel and Lulu Miller talk about fear, and possible ways to “turn off” fear. This podcast will inspire you to face your fears, which in turn will give you more confidence. There’s nothing more satisfying than accomplishing something you never thought you could.
